Seasonal Tent Wedding Packages
Package 1:
4-nights, Friday through Tuesday, May 1st through October 31st
$6,900 - lodging & tent, $666 - 9% Maine Tax, $500 cleaning fee, $250 grounds/plowing/hot tub/24 hr. phone assistance, $250 - Returnable Security Deposit

Package 2:
7-nights, Friday through Friday, May 1st through October 31st
$9,800 -lodging & tent, $927 - 9% Maine Tax, $500 cleaning fee, $250 grounds/plowing/hot tub/24 hr. phone assistance, $250 - Returnable Security Deposit
$11,727 Total ($250 returned pending no damage)
Package 3:
3-night Friday through Monday
$4,500 - lodging & tent, $450 - 9% Maine Tax, $500 cleaning fee, $250 grounds/plowing/hot tub/24 hr. phone assistance, & $250 - Returnable Security Deposit
$5,950 Total ($250 returned pending no damage)
Package 4: *Restrictions apply to these packages
2 Days 1 night 9am access 12 noon depart.
$2000 - lodging & tent , $225 - 9% Maine tax, $500 cleaning, $250 Returnable Security Deposit - max attendance 75, no hot tub, no grounds maintenance (mowing & cleaning), no 24/7 staff availability, no tents

It is most common that wedding parties rent 4-nights. These fees provide exclusive access to the Farm House and grounds. A multi-day rental is required because vendors frequently need a full day set-up and full day take-down. A $500 cleaning fee plus $250 grounds fee is added to all bookings except Package 4. Package 4 is discounted and is aimed at parties with limited budgets.l
What is included in my reservation fee?
All rentals include full and exclusive use of the following:
banquet tables and chairs for 100 guests with additional seating and tables for cocktail hour or the ceremony
15 room Farm House, including a loft
large gathering rooms
overnight accommodations for a large family
linens & towels provided (guest must provide their own beach towels)
2 acres grass lawn
private boats and sandy beach
crystal clear Worthley Pond with pier and swimming raft
hot tub
full kitchen facilities with all new appliances in 2025
fully stocked kitchen
sporting equipment
indoor sauna
kitchen fireplace
game room
2 TVs w/ Roku & Netflix
3 indoor bathrooms and 1 outdoor portable restroom

16’ x 16’ dance floor
large outdoor deck

What is the deposit and payment schedule?
A signed contract with $2,000 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 4 months after booking. The final 50% is due 8 months after booking.
How do we know if our dates are still open and available at the Farm?
We have an on-line calendar that posts all of our reservations. It is 99% accurate, but we strongly encourage talking to Jen Hagar to be sure your date is available. For a calendar of available and booked weeks at the Farm clink on the link below.
How do we reserve our date?
All wedding or event reservations are made directly through Jen by emailing TheFarmAtWorthleyPond@gmail.com or call/text (978)-549-0086. A signed Rental Agreement is required. All fees and contracts are mailed to: Hagar Legacies LLC.
Vacation reservations may be booked through VRBO, but there are additional fees making the cost higher than booking directly with Jen. Payments are made via check, Venmo, or through PayPal if an invoice is requested. *Guest is responsible for Credit card processing fees.
